Best Propane-Heated Camping Shower
This is a handy little (almost) self-contained unit that gives you hot water in minutes. Features a long 8’ hose, and you can expect temperatures up to 100ºF.
You’ll need an extra valve to save water while lathering; some users find it necessary to modify this to their liking. The case isn’t waterproof.
Okay, this isn’t the sort of camping shower that you want lying around with unsupervised children, simply because it can be a little bit of a fire hazard. That said, once you get the hang of using this, you’re going to love having hot showers in the morning.
You’ll need a propane cylinder to make this operational (and sadly, that isn't included with the shower), and there’s a 6-volt water pump with pushbutton ignition. Now, this is tankless, but the cover can double as a 4-gallon tank, and since you don’t need to fill it with hot water, you can kind of count on that. Sure, it’s a little on the pricey side, but this is definitely worth it.
