If you need an introduction, a smooth way to start out is the playing (somewhat) dumb approach. Simply walk up and ask her "You look so familiar to me. Have we met before?" She'll respond no, of course. But this gives you the chance to continue to an introduction next. It's an easy way to get her name right off the bat.
