Studies show that electric toothbrushes remove significantly more plaque from your teeth - and they reduce your chance of gum irritation at the same time.
In addition to brushing, don’t forget about flossing and rinsing with mouthwash. It’s very easy to fall into bed without brushing your teeth after a night of drinking, but that’s how nasty cavities and unsightly teeth develop.
