The Rusty Nail, or if you're at swanky cocktail bar you can refer to it as a Drambuie Rusty Nail, is a shot-replacement that first appeared on the social scene in 1937. The classic cocktail is a Scotch-lover's favorite, as it perfectly accommodates any Scotch of your choice.
The Rusty Nail takes only about three minutes to make and gives you a better buzz than your typical shot of whiskey.

- 3/4 ounce Drambuie
- Lemon for garnish (optional)
Stir both liqours into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice and stir.
