Details

There are a few things we want to let you know off the bat. Ignore the advertising on it being dishwasher-safe (it's not really). But, you can bring it up a little past the recommended heat levels on the stove (but not in the oven).

Oh, and this baby is wonderfully huge (4" bottom with a 14" opening), but remains lightweight.

Sizes available: 14"

Oven safe: Yes, to 350°F.

Induction safe: Unfortunately, no.

Lid: Sorry, lid not included.

Handles: There's one long, ergonomic, stay cool handle with a hole for hanging. And, the separate grab handle comes in wonderfully useful.

Base material: Made with durable aluminum, this can put up with a lot, but it can't do induction cooking.

PFOA-free: Yes (in the finished product).

Nonstick material: The non-stick coating is lead, cadmium and PFOA-free. Just as importantly, it's coated on the inside and outside for super easy cleaning.

Dishwasher safe: According the advertising, yes.

Cleaning: Please pay special attention to this. The advertising on this says it's dishwasher-safe, but the manual says that dishwasher tabs can damage the non-stick finish. That seems rather counter-intuitive in the modern world.

Our suggestion is to handwash this wok; it is, after all, a breeze with the non-stick coating.

Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty.

Price: It's pretty impossible to beat this price for such a quality non-stick wok. In fact, it was the price (and the extra handle) that pushed this one into the final list.
