Ingredients:

  • 2-3 medium Sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Himalayan salt (or any salt you like)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC, Gas mark 4). Peel and chop sweet potatoes into 1/2" (1 cm) wedges. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Himalayan salt. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and serve while warm.
