Chewing gum can be a nasty habit (you know, when it sounds like someone is chewing at you).  But, it can also be one of the best things you can do for white, bright teeth.  There are plenty of gums that claim to be whitening and they all want to grow up to be this gum.


Chewing gum after a meal does a few things.  For a start, it helps to freshen your breath (which can be a huge bonus at the office).  But, it also helps to loosen and remove food stuck between your teeth.  That's regular gum.  This particular (and expensive) gum also works on coffee, tea, tobacco and red wine stains.  Now that's awesome, especially if your habits are getting in the way of your smile.
