Sierra Nevada first brewed their Celebration Ale in 1981 and it's now a Christmas classic. With 6.8% alcohol by volume, you can find this beer on tap and in bottle form across the country. It goes well with roasted turkey, fish and chips and manchego cheese. If you're a beer drinker, you're meant to taste at least one of these per season.
Celebration Ale is one of the earliest examples of an American-style IPA and one of the few hop-forward holiday beers. Famous for its intense citrus and pine aromas, Celebration is bold and intense, featuring Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops.
