Details

Ingredients: All of the ingredients in these snack packs are certified gluten-free, kosher, and non GMO. However, they aren't organic. If that doesn't bother you, you're sure to love these fresh and tasty combinations. While each blend features slightly different ingredients, most of the Sahale blends include nuts, dried fruit, sunflower oil, sugar, sea salt, and spices. And, you won't find any highly processed or artificial ingredients.

We especially love that Sahale only uses natural sweeteners, including organic tapioca syrup and organic cane sugar. And, they don't use high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. However, we do wish Sahale would have left out some of the sugar as these are a tad bit sweet.

Taste: These heatlhy snacks are the perfect combination of sweet and salty with a satisfying crunch. Blends include: Berry Macaroon, Honey Almond, Raspberry Crumble, Mango Tango, and Classic Fruit and Nut. Most of these blends have a sweeter taste. So, if you're looking for a spicy kick, Mango Tango is the one to grab.

Packaging: We love the packaging of these grab and go packs and we think you will too. The attractive packaging features an eye-catching image of the blend inside. And, is small and convenient to carry around. Not to mention these handy packs just happen to fit perfectly in your purse, gym bag, desk, or car.

Price: The Sahale snacks come in at a moderate $24 for a pack of 12, making them rougly $2 a pack. However, fruit and nuts are often pricey anyhow, so we think it's a fair price.

In the classic fruit and nut mix: 19g sugar, 4g proteins, 2g of fiber, 190 calories
