Yoga ins't a requirement for owning this mat. It'll transform your crunches, Pilates, or stretching session. Your gym may have mats handy, but you should ALWAYS bring your own. After all, who wants to work out on someone else's sweaty mat? This mat is perfect, whatever your routine. It's thick enough to be comfortable on a hard floor, without impairing stability and balance.
