With a self-explanatory name, this one-wheeled board is completely different from everything else on the market, and that’s what makes it so appealing.
- Lithium battery
- 2 horsepower
- LED Lighting
I’m not saying you can’t use the OneWheel on pavement, but that would be like driving an airplane down a highway. Airplanes are made to fly, and OneWheel was made to go off road. The single wheel is not the only thing which separates this e-board from all the others. There are also no hand controls for the device, just body movement. Lean forward to accelerate, lean backwards to slow down and stop.
What the reviewers say:
- “If you're in a position to drop that kind of money on a fun way to commute and have a blast on the weekends, the Onewheel will certainly deliver — I can't wait to try it again and walking to work has never seemed more boring.”
- “It's a lot of money. Yup. That's because you're paying for top quality fasteners. Top quality circuit boards. Top quality materials. Everything about the OneWheel screams quality to the nth degree. I can ride this thing in the ocean, on the sand, in the rain mud snow grass wherever and it keeps on going.”
- “Not a day has gone by where I've regretted buying mine, and it's actually my main form of transit.”
