Accessories are the icing on the cake when putting together an outfit. It’s all about finding the right ones that match your personal style.
Fashion guru Tim Dessaint says that watches are the most socially acceptable jewellery a man can wear. “And I’ve yet to meet a man that doesn’t look good in a watch!” he says.
He suggests starting by deciding which metal you most often wear (such as your belt buckles, rings, glasses) and matching the watch to that.
Metal bracelets are the easiest to pull off – chain or cuffs work well and less is more. Tim suggest Miansai and Thomas Sabo.
Necklaces and rings are becoming more popular. Opt for simplicity and don’t go too chunky.
Tim also has suggestions for scarves and baseball caps. They are easy to integrate into your wardrobe and are really functional.
In the full video, Tim makes recommendations for belts, sunglasses, backpacks, and even fragrances. Accessories can easily destroy your whole look. Follow his tips and you won’t go wrong!
