- Lasts for up to 48 hour on PEEP Mode
- LCD screen is large and easy to use, even with multiple cameras
- Extra features allow for total control over child's environment
Longest battery life on the market, packed with a wide range of features, expandable and versatile, excellent sound and video quality
Not as durable or well-designed as other units
The 3.5" LCD screen is large and easy to use, giving you crystal clear picture of your child sleeping. If you use multiple cameras, you can simply scroll between the images rather than squinting at a split-screen display. The Night Vision feature is excellent, but it's the battery life that makes this bad boy a winner. Forgot to charge it? No worries! It can last for up to 48 hours on the low-power PEEP Mode.
This device is built to connect with up to 4 cameras easily, and the setup is quick and easy. The range is mostly consistent up to 750 feet, though it gets glitchy near the edge of its radius. The temperature monitoring allows you to ensure the nursery room doesn't get too hot or cold, and the nightlight will provide illumination for better-quality video. The smart LED indicator ring lights up a different color according to the problem (disconnection, loud noises, cooing, crying, etc.). The two-way talk and soothing lullabies will help to improve your little one's sleep.
For a little over $140, this is a decent unit. It's not the most durable device around, but it will give you peace of mind for the few years you need to keep an eye on your little one. Considering all its extra features and above-par sound and video quality, it's worth it.
