2012 and 2013 are widely regarded as the best years for Acrobat; grab a bottle today and enjoy it tonight. Alternately, both vintages should age very well if left for 4-7 years, so pick up one for tonight and another to store.

This wine has an outstanding depth of flavor, and a complex taste that hints at apple, melon, and pear. There’s an infusion of vanilla, but not so much that it overpowers the fruit. A generous finish makes this Pinot pair well with almost any protein.
