This 8-week workout combines HIIT and strength training to “boost your metabolism, burn lots of calories, lose weight, and sculpt lean muscle mass, effectively,” says Soh. No, you won’t be huffing and puffing for an hour a day, as Soh ensures each workout only takes 30 minutes.
We were stoked to see that Soh’s workouts require minimal-or-no equipment and are clearly demonstrated by her. No annoying voice-overs! Soh asks that we take before-and-after pictures to prove our progress…uh, we’ll get back to you on those.
