After stuffing yourself with delicious Christmas turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cookies, pies, desserts, and candies, going back to a normal, junk-free diet is a huge challenge.  If you find yourself craving something unhealthy, occupy yourself for 10 minutes - the average time a craving lasts. Once the 10-minute mark has passed, the cravings will be agone.  (Oh, and it should go without saying that if it's not in the house, it's easier to avoid it!)
