Soda is loaded with sugar, so it's time to take it off your list of yes foods. Not only will it stop you from losing weight, it will contribute to high blood sugar. And, diet soda isn't any better. It's loaded with artificial sweeteners that can lead to cancer. Better just stick with water (which your body needs to process stored fats).
