Whatever you do, don't read too many reviews before you get into this flick. There are spoilers all over the place. And you really don't want that. This is one of those rare new releases that's an absolute keeper. Seriously.

This movie follows the chilling interaction of a blogger that's faced off with aliens... and not in a good way. As people notice, it becomes a little more frightening. It's an independent film, so it doesn't feature any big names (or budget for effects), but if you have an imagination, it will get to you.

This movie is beautifully shot as it covers the big, bad city at night. There are drugs, crime, easy women and, oh yes, vampire attacks. It's a black and white film, so you almost know the story line is going to be chilling from the moment it starts.

Don't make the mistake of believing this movie is for teens only. It's incredibly scary. A kid on house arrest (for stalking a girl) is trapped in a nightmare he has no control over. This movie starts a little slow, but it's absolutely worth it... especially if you can sit tight for 40 minutes.

Not sure if it's for you? You can watch the trailer here.

Katie’s Cleveland proud; but she’s also lived in Australia, Switzerland and now stays in South Africa. That’s a roundabout way of saying she can’t sit still; she’s always moving, always busy.

She has a BA in International Relations from Kent State University and work towards a Masters in Human Rights. She speaks French, is learning German and used to dream in Spanish. For years, Katie worked as a producer on fashion and advertising shoots before she realized her passion was the written word.

Katie’s far more interested in guy’s gear than women’s, except she has a wardrobe brimming with little black dresses. She drinks her beer out of the bottle and is raising her two boys to be better men.
